Antique 14K Yellow Gold Swiss Swatch Pocket Watch from 1903 turned into a Pendant. The watch and the back were damaged, so I turned the gorgeous front piece into a pendant. The enamel is in perfect condition and has a gorgeous Old Mine Cut Diamond in the center.
